Christine is known to sellers for her marketing expertise - she knows how to price and position properties to sell for top dollar quickly. As a real estate investor herself, Christine has in-depth knowledge of what makes a solid investment. She is an expert in townhouse & brownstone sales in Brooklyn and Manhattan & has a team of contractors, expediters, architects & experts ready to help her clients navigate the townhouse process.

Christine attends numerous real estate seminars, reads industry publications, and previews properties to stay at the top of her game.
